Processing Time All excellentees products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at info.5stonesdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
